Focused on building and scaling UI components for the Commerce Platform, contributing to B2B and B2B2C products, much of the work here remains proprietary. Loadsmart Design System Loadsmart · 2020 — 2021 As an Engineering Manager, I led the front-end side of an initiative to evolve our design system, partnering with design and engineering. We transitioned the system to an atomic design approach, improving development efficiency and design consistency. Established a dual system for internal tools and customer-facing products, ensuring adoption through design critiques, Storybook for documentation, and developer collaboration without a dedicated team. Implemented from component library to CI/CD pipelines. Worked closely with founding team members to drive product growth, validate ideas, and deliver high-impact solutions. Built and launched core front-end features using Angular, SASS, Protractor, CodeceptJS, and Grunt.
